Markerland Park: Mysteryland

Guests go over a bridge to a Chinese-style building and find themselves in a land recreating some of the most exotic and exciting places in the world. Here, guests embark on adventures in tropical locations, also getting a glimpse of China, Africa, Mexico, and the Caribbean as they do.

When guests first enter the land, they come into a traditional Chinese village with old buildings. In the center is the Zodiac Garden, where guests can learn about the Chinese Zodiac. Also here are the Mandarin Marketplace gift shop and the Golden Dragon Restaurant. A bridge going to Skull Island is found here too.
As guests go to the west, they end up in an East African village, inspired by places like Kenya and Tanzania. Here, they can get a drink at the Jungle Juice or have authentic African food at the Jambo House. The main attraction here is a roller coaster that goes forwards and backwards through an African savanna, Safari Mountain. The ride exits into a gift shop, Lion and Leopard Traders.
Going north, guests find yet another bridge to Skull Island, as well as a Mexican village in the Yucatan Peninsula. Here, guests can shop at El Mercado de Cortez and eat at the Casa de Maya restaurant. The key attraction here is housed inside a Mayan pyramid, where guests ride Southwest Hutchins and the Lost Temple. Similar to Indiana Jones Adventure, this is where guests join explorer Southwest Hutchins as he searches for treasure inside the pyramid, but encounters an evil spirit bent on their destruction. A nearby gift shop, Expedition Accessories, is nearby.
Last but not least is a Caribbean area north of the Chinese one. This transports guests to a 17th Century Spanish colonial village that has been taken over by pirates. Here, they can travel to Skull Island and explore the many sights within. They can also board a Pirate Ship and shop at Jolly Roger Traders. The main attraction here is an indoor boat ride, Pirates of the Seven Seas, where guests join a crew of pirates as they search for lost treasure, coming into conflict with another crew as they go. Buccaneer's Bounty is a nearby restaurant, as well as the gift shop the ride exits into, Plunder Parlor.
